- Base Salary: $94,614 - $118,443 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $116,886 - $143,460 (p.a.)*
- Full time, 2 year maximum term contract
Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) has over 40 years' experience providing comprehensive primary health care for Aboriginal people living in Central Australia. Congress is seeking a Clinic Manager who is interested in making a genuine contribution to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people.
The Clinic Manager provides leadership, management and coordination of comprehensive primary health care to the Northside Clinic, ensuring cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow.
The position sits within the Clinical Services Division and leads a multidisciplinary team of General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Aboriginal Liaison Officers, Transport Officers and Client Service Officers and works collaboratively with all Congress services and programs. The Clinic Manager also provides operational leadership to Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) staff that operate in the clinic under a shared leadership arrangement with SEWB Manager.
