Detail information about job Customer Relationship Manager (EAP). Terms and conditions vacancy
- Global Human Services Firm
- EAP Industry Leader
- Reputation for Excellence
- Bold Growth Strategy
Never have employee support services been in such high demand. Organisations are clamouring for resilience and stress programs, leadership education, coaching and wellbeing programs, not only to boost productivity but also to attract and retain quality staff. An Australian success story, this market leading professional services firm refuses to rest on its laurels, and is pursuing an ambitious but achievable growth strategy. A reputation for excellence coupled with new services has improved their overall offering, and the business continues to hire best of breed to strengthen capability.
To ensure the company achieves its objectives, a relationship manager is sought to join the Sydney account management team and service the thriving portfolio of clients. The role requires a professional individual who can build strong relationships, expand their influence within a client organisation, and grow account revenue by introducing new services.
This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of relationship management, account planning and team work. Prior experience working with EAP is ideal but not essential, and a background selling HR, L&D, org development or other related services is of real interest. You will need to demonstrate your ability to plan and strategically manage your account interaction, prepare business proposals, negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes, and meet performance targets.
This is a terrific opportunity to join a progressive, employee oriented company in a position that promises a successful future.
