Bodysmart is seeking a bubbly, friendly individual to join our front desk in the position of Clinical Receptionist in a part time capacity approx 10-20 hrs per week.
Bodysmart is Perth's premier specialist provider of health care services, offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Clinical Pilates, Gym Rehabilitation and Remedial Massage Services. Bodysmart is located in the exclusive west St Georges Terrace precinct where we have just relocated to a brand new state of the art Super Clinic.
You will be well spoken, confident and have the ability to undertake the following duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments for clients
- Taking payments (Cash / EFTPOS/ HICAPS)
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Typing emails and other correspondence
- General office support
- Maintaining stock levels of clinical products
- Assisting other administration staff
We are offering:
- Approx 10-20 hrs per week
- Clinic opening hours 7am - 6:30pm Monday-Friday
- Induction and training
- You will be part of a team of practice support staff and 12 health professionals
- Work with an enthusiastic and friendly team
- Phone backup and reception support during busy times

To be successful for this position you will have the following attributes:

- Excellent telephone and client manner

- Previous use of Cliniko desirable
