The Role:
The Administrator is responsible for providing clerical services in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
The Duties:
- Front desk: booking appointments via phone and face to face
- Maintain electronic and hard copy records;
- Input data to management information systems;
- Communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external customers,
- Provide reports from databases when required to assist
- Process supply requests;
- Perform filing and photocopying duties;
- Perform mail collection and distribution;
- Order stationery and expendable stores from in-service and external agencies; and
- File documentation.
The Successful Applicant:
You will have administration experience, be available for a full time role from commencement through until 29 June 2019. You will be an Australian Citizen who has the ability to pass an Australian Federal Police check.
The Organisation:
International SOS is a global Medical Services and Security company who supplies Clinical staff to the Australian Defence Force.
