Rathdowne Place Aged Care facility offers a resident focused model of care, based on individual preferences and choices in a state of the art facility.  

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse with leadership experience to join our supportive team as a Senior PCA Team Leader (Senior Care Partner). This is a full time opportunity for an experienced EN passionate about leading a team. The ideal applicant will be passionate about providing an excellent level of service, care to all of our clients and have great leadership skills.   

About the role 

This role will require you to: 

• Offer the highest standards of personal care and create a home like environment for our residents 
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities 
• Understand the model of care and incorporate resident choice to facilitate appropriate care requirements
• Maintain effective communication with residents and relatives to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. 

About you:   

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current police check valid for dealing with vulnerable persons obtained in the past year (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a similar environment
• Sufficient experience working within an Aged Care Facility or acute healthcare environment
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills
