About your OPPORTUNITY with us:
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a well-qualified and experienced professional to deliver a stepped-care approach to mental health intervention throughout the Rockhampton community.
Reporting directly to the Mental Health Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high quality, evidence-based psychology services across a range of Artius programs helping others to reach their potential.
This hands-on role will also see you contributing to our multi-disciplinary team and providing psychological support services and intervention strategies to the Rockhampton and regional Department of Justice programs.
About YOU:
- Tertiary qualified in a behavioural science (Psychology or Accredited Mental Health Social Work) and registered with the appropriate professional body (AHPRA or AASW);
- Substantial experience and a proven track record of providing clinical intervention to vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds;
- Strong clinical assessment skills; and
- A flexible approach and can-do attitude.
Previous experience in a private practice is advantageous, and it is imperative that you have sound clinical reporting skills and strong IT literacy skills.
