We are seeking a locum GP for a medical centre located in Cairns:

Dates: 30th July - 10th August 

Accommodation, car and travel provided. Omega Medical to book. 

Daily rate of $1,200 per day + GST. 

Practice  

This practice currently has 2 full time and 4 part time General Practitioners based at the practice, with 2 nursing staff and 1 nurse practitioner  This practice is mixed billing with 15 minute appointments. Software is Medical Director. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm with no after hours or on call. You may be asked to work the weekend, in which case you will be given 2 consecutive days off during the week.

Visit Cairns for the Great Barrier Reef and Wet Tropics World Heritage Rainforest, but don't miss the great things to do in and around town. You'll find brilliant cafés, bustling markets and plenty of beaches nearby. Relax by a resort pool or spend your days exploring this tropical oasis.


Essential Criteria: 

• General or Full specialist registration with AHPRA
• Be a permanent resident/citizen of Australia or New Zealand. 
• Experience working in General Practice
