- Two permanent, full time positions available
- Morning and afternoon shifts only, working on a rotating roster
- Located in the Pilbara, on the gorgeous coast in North-West Western Australia

They are a multi-functional, multi-funded organisation and offer a comprehensive suite of services including community and residential aged care, youth and family programs and Drug & Alcohol services.
The position:
- Small residential aged care facility offering ageing in place and respite services.
- Work on a rotating roster - 4 morning shifts, 2 days off, 4 afternoon shifts, 2 days off
- Built in 2014 with state of the art facilities
- Be involved in resident assessment, evaluation, person centred care planning and delivery
- Administer medications
- Help to implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the provision of exceptional service
- Oversee Carers, delegating duties as required
To be successful you must possess:
- Enrolled Nurse qualification and full registration with AHPRA
- Proven track record in an Enrolled Nurse position, responsible for delivering high quality care
- Experience working in a residential aged care facility is highly desirable but not essential
- Proven ability prioritising and managing workloads
- Experience working with the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander population and an understanding of their culture is highly desirable
