The Optical Company is seeking an experienced optical dispenser/manager for the Kevin Paisley Werribee store.

This is a 12 month full time maternity relief position starting in September 2018 ,with the possibility for extension.

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who loves fashion and providing a memorable client experience to manage our store and work with the team to grow the business.  

In order to succeed in this role you must have:

• Minimum 2 years prior optical dispensing experience.
• Strong retail skills.
• A friendly personality and an eye for fashion.
• To improve vision and confidence of our clients leading to healthier and happier lives. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• An ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales budgets. 
• Prior team management experience is desirable although experienced optical dispensers ready for the next step are encouraged to apply. 

You must be able and willing to work weekend shifts on a regular rotating basis.
