About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Radiation Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic team. The primary purpose of this role will be to provide advanced level clinical expertise in planning and treatment to ensure high quality radiation therapy treatment. This senior therapist will provide leadership to other radiation therapists. Based at Icon Cancer Centre in Mackay, this role will report to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist and operate in a full-time capacity.

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrates a commitment to the provision of exceptional patient care and the delivery of high quality radiation therapy services.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, whether it be in a formal or informal capacity
- Capacity to work effectively and positively as a member of the Multidisciplinary team
- Able to identify new quality improvement opportunities, implement and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Apply effective communication and interpersonal skills to represent ICON Integrated Cancer Centres (IICC) in a strong and positive manner to all stakeholders.
- Demonstrates positive work culture
- Current AHPRA registration
