Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Greeting and engaging customers
• Assisting customers with their enquiries through effective questioning and active listening
• Promoting the features and benefits of Wizard Rewards to increase consumer sign ups
• Presenting products and services in a personal way by personalising their benefits
• Identifying opportunities to add value to our consumers experience
• Referral onto to experts such as the Pharmacist, Naturopath, Cosmetician, etc.
• Be able to close the sale and farewell the consumer to create a lasting impression
• Supporting all operational activities within the Pharmacy as and when required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional appearance throughout the store.

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

• Previous Pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential
• Sales experience is advantageous
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service skills
• Dedicated work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business

This position, available in our Wizard Pharmacy located in Claremont is being offered as a part-time or full-time position. The Pharmacy is open 7 days a week from 8am – 9pm. The successful applicant must be available to work some rostered nights and weekend shifts.
