Experienced Personal Care Worker
Required for a Residential Care Facility in a near city location.
Various shifts available across a 24 hour 7-day roster.
Certificate III in Aged Care and Aged Care specific police clearance is essential.
You will have demonstrated experience supporting aged care residents with 'activities of daily living' in accordance with individualised care plans.
You will be compassionate and able to communicate clearly and confidently across a range of age groups and variety of cultural backgrounds.
You will have a strong work ethic and be able to follow instruction as well as take initiative and work independently along with a commitment to provide exceptional customer service as part of a team. You will be competent in understanding and completing the required documentation.
