The team at Kilpatrick Court are seeking Casual employee with:
- Demonstrated experience in aged care
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for working with the elderly
Anglican Care Kilpatrick Court is situated in the peaceful lakeside township of Toronto. Architecturally designed and purpose built, the home has been designed to offer an environment of wellbeing and happiness, facilitating opportunities for social interaction and time outdoors.
Positioned close to the main business and retail centre of Toronto, residents enjoy views of Lake Macquarie and the mountains.

Essential:
- Certificate IV in Aged Care Work (CHC43015) or Equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Demonstrated experience in the documentation of residents' care
- Demonstrated experience in dementia and palliative care
As part of the recruitment process candidates will be required to undertake a functional assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
