About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated person with a positive can-do attitude to take up the position of Customer Service Officer at our busy and dynamic Pharmacy on Bridge Road Richmond. The primary purpose of this role is to provide face to face and phone-based support to our retail and hospital customers as well as providing general administrative support to the management team.
Reporting to the Business Support Officer, your duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls that come through to the Pharmacy switchboard and redirecting them as required
- Taking orders for customers, including veterinary requests
- Undertaking various administrative duties such as sorting the mail, dispatching mail, preparing meeting agendas, placing uniform orders, providing general office assistance and ad hoc duties.
About You:
The person we are looking for will ideally possess the following skills & credentials:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but full training will be provided
- Positive can-do attitude
- Personable phone manner
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy industry an advantage but not essential
