About The Role
BaptistCare Warabrook is currently seeking a part time Training and Quality Coordinator to join our care team. The role is part time and provides quality and timely education and training programs to BaptistCare staff and volunteers. The role also supports the continuous improvement program.

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will possess the following:-
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV or higher nursing qualification
- Excellent program management, planning and organisational skills
- Highly developed relationship building and interpersonal skills
