Pharmacovigilance Associate 12mth contract
Our client is one of the most highly regarded companies in the pharmaceutical industry.
They research, develop, manufacture & promote some of the worlds most innovative medicines.
We now have an opening for a Pharmacovigilance Associate on a 12 month maternity leave cover to join their small, friendly Pharmacovigilance team. The role will be well suited for someone with 1-3 years prior Pharmacovigilance experience.
The role will be responsible for case management activities for both post marketing and investigational products in Australia /NZ. You'll translate & process spontaneous & solicited adverse events reports and enter into their global safety database or forward to a third party, you'll also conduct follow-up as required, conduct reconciliation of adverse events reports received from other departments & third parties and submit, as applicable, spontaneous and solicited / clinical trial individual case safety reports from Australia to the TGA. You'll participate in individual case safety report compliance activities and take the necessary corrective actions locally for late reporting. You'll also assist and participate in audit inspection for Australia, identify and communicate potential safety issues.
Must have strong attention to detail, be well organised with good time management, hard working and ideally IT savvy. You will also have both excellent written & spoken English.
