Permanent full time, part time, casual or contract-based positions, including term time or full year basis are available for Psychologists with experience working with children and young people with developmental delays, disabilities and health conditions including mental health conditions. These positions will work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Family Services staff.
- Psychologists must be registered with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Experience providing assessment and evidence-based interventions to children and young people
- Experience in multidisciplinary and collaborative teams
- Centre-based or mobile work in natural learning environments
- Understanding of professional code of ethics and conduct, the NDIS and National Standards for Disability Services
- Must have current driver's licence, a current Blue Card and Positive Notice Letter
- Have a strong teamwork value orientation and high level of interpersonal and communication skills

The Children's Therapy Centre (CTC) Ltd has been operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years and is a company governed by a skills based board. CTC is currently experiencing significant growth which is expected to continue as the NDIS approaches in this region. We provide family-centred early intervention and ongoing specialist therapy services. Our therapists are experienced and adopt national best-practice evidenced-based models. We also assist the provision of disability-specific equipment and assistive technology.
Our referrals come from hospitals, paediatricians, GPs, child care and education settings, Government Departments and self-referrals. CTC currently receives Government block funding and is registered for NDIS, Better Start and HCWA. We see children with NDIS plans, EPC/CDMP, MHCP, private health insurance and full-fee paying.
