This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focused SECOND IN CHARGE to the Retail Manager to join our rapidly growing pharmacy group and our energetic team at Leopold. Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Maintain workplace OHS
- Adhere to Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures
- Coordinate catalogue and in store promotions
- Coordinate staff recruitment, training and development
- Maintain stock control and ordering
- Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
- Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis
- Occasional weekend and public holiday work
Skills and Experience
- Effective leadership and management experience
- Current retail pharmacy experience is an advantage
- Strong merchandising skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Skilled computer literacy
- Experience using the FRED POS system is preferred but not essential
- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
- Strong business acumen and eye for detail
