We are currently searching for a number of experienced Registered Nurses with prior experience working within a community setting. You will be required to work 32 hours per week. 

This role is to provide support to our clients in the following areas:

• South Melbourne
• Rowville
• Ringwood

 Your role:

• Undertake admissions for clients
• Use a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
• Implement & monitor he care of clients and their carer/s
• Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborate with the health care team to achieve client outcomes
• Participate in the development of a supportive environment with colleagues

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
• Sound clinical knowledge and experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
• Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team under direct and indirect supervision and within scope of practice

Essential requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) Qualifications
• Current and satisfactory National Police Record check or willingness to undertake the check
• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence

Nice to have:

Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or similar field
