Embracia in Woodford opened in 2015, and is located in the rural township of Woodford. It is home to 75 residents including a people living with dementia or memory loss. Our care and support staff ensure residents continue to enjoy a life worth living, by delivering the Montessori Model of care, giving resident's lifestyle and accommodation choices.
Embracia in Woodford are looking for Personal Care attendants to join our team on a permanent part time basis.
We would love the successful candidates to:
- Be passionate about providing person-centered care
- Have aged care experience
- Have ACFI knowledge and experience
- Have Accreditation knowledge and experience
- A warm, friendly and professional nature
- Caring attitude and respect for older people
- Possess a Cert III in Aged Care
- Have a Current Police Check
- Available to start ASAP
