About the business
We are a community pharmacy in Lilydale that service a large number of nursing home contracts through a automated packing facility onsite. We also are about to undergo a massive rebranding to a professional services orientated pharmacy having already introduced a comprehensive sleep apnoea service and about to launch a compounding lab also. We employ a large number of dispensary technicians and the business is owner operated so there is a lot of support.
About the role
This is a full time role however part time will be considered.
The succesful pharmacist will need to be adaptable to fill many roles in the pharmacy, working in both the packing facility and dispensary on the shop floor. Interest in services will be encouraged and training offered where appropriate.
The pharmacist will also be required to engage and build relationships with customers as the business moves to a pharmacist forward mode of service.

Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced pharmacist however a new graduated will be considered.
Experience in Fred and Fred Pak are important and experience in working in provision of nursing nursing home service will be highly valued.
The pharmacist must show good communication skills, and show a passion to learn and offer new services.
