ACFI Officer (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Multi-Site: Melbourne & Victoria
Experienced Aged Care Funding Officer (Registered Nurse) required to coordinate the ACFI process across a portfolio of Aged Care residences in the Melbourne Metropolitan & Regional Victorian regions. Working with a close-knit ACFI team and liaising with on-site team members, you will be responsible for optimising ACFI processes within the organisation. Working alongside the National ACFI Management team and onsite Residential Management teams, you will gather detailed information and assessments on the residents to ensure efficient utilisation of ACFI whilst confirming they match the care needs of the residents. In addition, you will strive to maximise funding by providing this optimal level of ACFI detail you will maintain and extend the quality of care throughout the facility.
The Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of ACFI
- Thorough understanding of the accreditation process
- Registration with AHPRA
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous Aged Care Funding Instrument experience is essential
- Demonstrated management skills/experience
- The ability to educate/mentor the onsite clinical teams
- Valid driver's license
- Current Police Cert
