Resthaven Inc is a leader within aged care services, currently providing residential and community services as well as retirement living in South Australia. Resthaven is highly respected for the provision of responsive and quality services to older people.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration to join our ACFI team, taking on the role of ACFI Coordinator to support all of Resthaven’s residential sites in the area of ACFI claiming and assessment. The role will be based out of our Wayville Head Office, however will require regular travel to all of our residential sites, including regional locations such as Mount Gambier.
This is an exciting role at Resthaven and allows for strong team collaboration to achieve desirable business objectives.
The role requires effective leadership skills by way of educating, guiding, mentoring and assisting staff in the management of ACFI claiming at residential sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Residential Funding and Accommodation Manager and promoting a collaborative team approach to the area of ACFI claiming
- Identifying opportunities for increased funding, conducting ACFI assessments and submissions across residential sites
- Providing education and development for new and current staff in relation to implementation of the ACFI and ensure adherence to Resthaven’s ACFI Policy and Procedure.
- Day to day support and mentoring to the ACFI team also based out of head office.
