About the role
The nurse consultant will be responsible for providing telephone support to patients to help them adhere to prescribed medications to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
In this role you will be required to:
- Interact with HCP's and patients via phone, email or face to face
- Provide telephone based support to patients for optimal utilisation of medication
- Provide exceptional customer services support on all calls to patient and Healthcare Professionals
- Ensure objectives are correctly adhered to and understood, ensuring quality of calls and collection of information as per client requirements.
- Ensure all appropriate information is captured and entered correctly into the database
- Organise day to day activity and help monitor workload in order to ensure company services are delivered within the relevant service level agreements.
Details of employment:
- Part time permanent position
- 20 hours per week (4 hours per day Monday – Friday)
- $38.00 - $40.00 per hour plus super
- No onsite parking available, however office is within walking distance to public transport and Macquarie Shopping Centre
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
Professional qualifications:
- Nurses registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council Australia
Personal qualities:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience with telephone based healthcare preferred but not essential
- Health related counselling experience
- Database experience with a good level of computer skills & knowledge of MS Office
