Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join a national Aged Care provider supporting elderly clients in a residential setting. This market leading organisation has experienced rapid growth resulting in a unique leadership opportunity to be instrumental in the success of a brand new facility South of the River.
Your new role
As the Clinical Manager of a brand new facility, you will be responsible for the full clinical supervision of the facility, including oversight, support and management of all nursing and care staff. You will utilise your leadership skills to guide this new facility to success. As the Clinical Manager you will be responsible for:
- All clinical reporting and documentation
- Working alongside the Facility Manager to ensure consistent compliance and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
- Assisting with staff recruitment, management and training, as well as roster management
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a Clinical Manager within Aged Care will lead to your success. Your experience will include:
- AHPRA Registration as a Qualified Registered Nurse
- Strong professional background in a leadership position
- Managing and supporting staff, with a strong focus on leadership and customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience using complex computer systems
