We currently have a vacant position within our Brightwater At Home division for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a full time basis providing nursing care to clients within their own homes this role will be based at our Rockingham Office and it will be covering the South Metropolitan area including Rockingham and Mandurah, in this varied role you will be working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing holistic care to clients under consumer directed care.
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical knowledge and skill and extensive wound care experience, with the ability to make decisions and solve complex issues. Previous experience working in the community (with home care packages CHSP/HACC) will be highly regarded.
Current registration with AHPRA, a National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months or willingness to apply for one), a "C" Class Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle are essential to apply.
