We have a fantastic opportunity for two highly motivated and energetic Funding / ACFI Advisors to work with our Residences in a set region.

Your role will be to support Residence Managers in identifying increases in residents care needs and deliver a co-ordinated approach to the implementation of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience in Aged Care and the Aged Care Funding Instrument
  • Nursing qualifications (EN or RN) & sound clinical knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability as a natural leader with strong training and coaching skills
  • Strong IT and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills driven by initiative and strong prioritising ability
  • Strong integrity, a passion for Aged Care and a genuine desire to have fun!
