An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in the Department of Endocrinology and Bone Density.

The Bone Density Technician will be required to perform bone density scans as requested by clinicians and ensure the reporting process for bone density scans is performed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Employees must abide by the NSW Health Code of Conduct. Criminal record checks will be undertaken on successful applicants and applicants for positions designated as Category A will be required to obtain required vaccinations prior to commencing employment.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated interest in bone and bone densitometry.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Evidence of and commitment to patient/customer focussed care.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
