RSL Care SA is now seeking casual Wellbeing Assistants who have a genuine commitment to residential aged care and the ability to make a difference in the quality of our residents' lives. Our Wellbeing Assistants are responsible for the delivery of recreational and well-being activities to the residents of our War Veterans Home located at Myrtle Bank.  RSL Care SA are passionate and committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents and seek only to employ staff who share our values of pride, respect, resilience, teamwork, empathy and trust.

Success in this position is:

• Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound problem solving, decision making and computer literacy skills
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
• Certificate III in Aged Care is desirable
• A drive to make a difference in the quality of life of residents.
• A pleasant and uplifting personality.
