Allity have 45 Aged Care Homes in Australia. We are currently seeking experienced RNs who want to live in Australia, are interested in a long term career in aged care and have excellent leadership capability.
We have positions available for experienced Registered Nurses who have the ability to lead a team of care staff.
The successful applicant must have:
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years Registered nurse experience in residential aged care
- A passion for aged care - flexible and empathetic
- The ability to lead a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent clinical skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Leadership experience
Positions available are at Coastal Waters (NSW South Coast) and Henry Kendall (NSW Central Coast).
