About the role:
We have a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a confident and experienced leader to undertake the role of business / clinic manager within our Monash IVF Gold Coast Operations.

Reporting to the General Manager QLD, the Clinic/Business Manager will be responsible for the Gold Coast clinics focused on delivering Clinical Excellence and Managing our Customer Experience. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and set the standard in exceptional patient care. 

We are looking for an accomplished people manager who has passion for patient care.  You will be self-motivated and driven with strong business and financial acumen.  Your adaptable style allows you to successfully engage with key stakeholders who include team members, patients, medical practitioners and management.   Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are essential as well as a high attention to detail.  In addition to this you will require a proactive flexible and agile approach.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• The financial performance of the clinics
• Leading, motivating and develop team members across administration, nursing and scientific functions
• Creating a high performing inclusive culture
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Ensuring caring, effective and efficient delivery of services
• Resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Ensuring the readiness of the facility

The successful candidate will bring: 

• Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent discipline
• An understanding of healthcare and external accreditation requirements
• Knowledge of Medicare
• A proven track record of leading a high performing team
• Ability to drive change 
• Financial acumen and experience managing a similar business
• Motivation, enthusiasm and the ability to meet and set goals/targets
• A strong customer service orientation     
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Well-developed communication both written and verbal
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to use systems including Microsoft Office and Monash IVF Group systems
