Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a Sales Training Manager role within a Global Pharmaceutical Company.

About the opportunity
Join this established Sales Training team and take the lead on key portfolios. Work in collaboration with experienced Learning peers to partner with the ANZ Pharmaceutical business across all areas of Sales, Product and Systems training. Develop relationships across a segment of the business, leading your own portfolio of training and be involved in global projects.
Responsibilities
Enhance capability across all areas of Sales, partnering with Sales Leadership team, Commercial Effectiveness, Medical and Marketing. Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate training needs, review training processes and lead gap analyses to enhance team activities. Continue partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders across the business, developing and implementing programs for Sales Representatives and the broader business.
Skills and Experience
- Sales Training experience from within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or a similar commercial organisation
- Previous Sales Representative and/or Sales Manager experience from Pharmaceuticals
- Ability to influence without authority
- Collaborative, solutions oriented interpersonal style
- Qualifications in Adult Education and/or Workplace Training and Assessment
- Science, Nursing, Health or other qualifications will be preferred
- Current Medicines Australia Code of Conduct or similar Health Care Compliance qualifications advantageous
