We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to come and to join our team.
About the role:
- Supporting the sales team in their sales by applying highly clinical and technical knowledge
- Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide thorough in-service training to the customer, as well as ongoing application support and technical assistance
- Provide prospective customers with accurate information and solutions, which best address their needs
- Ensure engagement of customers by being the go to person in complex cases
- Provide product presentations for new customers
Skills and Experience Required:
- Background in physiotherapy, biomechanics, nursing, biomedical engineering, kinematics, robotics or a similar field with tertiary qualifications
- Understanding of the operating theatre environment
- Exceptional negotiating skills within a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of the medical industry, medical device experience highly advantageous.
- The ability to assimilate technical information and communicate complex ideas in a simple and fluent fashion
- Ability to build strong relationships with KOL’S.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to understand the most appropriate approach to win business across customer segments
- Effective market research skills
