Purpose of Position
To provide high quality, safe comprehensive oral health care to eligible patients within the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
- An exciting opportunity to join a large Oral Health Team in Coffs and work on the beautiful Mid North Coast. We are seeking a motivated Clinician to work across a range of local facilities and provide a high level of general care to eligible residents within the Mid North Coast Local Health District.

Selection Criteria
Current registration without conditions as a Dentist with the AHPRA Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the Dental Board of Australia and 2 years of continuous recent clinical practice. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in clinical practice that are required for the position. Cited examples must be recent and relevant to the position applied for. The possession of additional clinical qualifications would be an asset for the applicant. Demonstrated ability to provide diagnoses, comprehensive treatment planning and treatment to a wide spectrum of patients requiring a diverse range of clinical needs. Ability to demonstrate well-developed written and oral communication skills required for a dental team leader for the successful interaction with patients, staff, management and stake holders. Demonstrated knowledge of infection control practices and the implications and responsibilities of Dental Officers in complying with these requirements Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development activities which are relevant and useful to the position applied for. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Experience or ability to demonstrate successful negotiation or resolution of workplace conflict would be advantageous Current valid and unrestricted Australian State or Territory drivers licence, and willingness to travel and work in various locations within the network.
