Night Shift - Emergency Department (Administrative Officer Level 2) Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Position Classification: Administrative Officer Level 2 Remuneration:$26.70 - $27.64 per hour Hours Per Week: 20 Requisition ID: REQ50220 An opportunity exists for a suitable dynamic individual to support our Emergency Department. Where you'll be working Concord Repatriation General Hospital is proud of its healthcare service excellence and leadership in clinical care. Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District. What you'll be doing To provide customer service and administrative support to the organisation with regard to registration and admission of patients at Concord Hospital Emergency Department. Selection Criteria An understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service. Proven organisational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required. Customer service experience in a health or medical environment preferred. Ability to work a 24-hour rotating shift work and accommodate urgent requests for coverage by Department Supervisor.
