About the role
Body Smart has a newly created opportunity for both new graduate and experienced Physiotherapists who want to make a difference while working with a team of organised and enthusiastic allied health practitioners. The role involves the delivery of Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, Corrective Exercise and Gym based exercise & rehab. With an interesting varied caseload delivered within a clinical and gym-based setting.

Skills and experience
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions
- Engage with clients to plan, develop, implement and evaluate treatment plans using a goal focused approach
- Providing health education and support to individuals
- Evaluation and review of the effectiveness of interventions using clinical outcome measures
- Maintain a high level of practice and achieve personal KPI's
- Ensuring all observations, records, reviews and reports are captured in accurate and reliable clinical notes
The Person:
- An ability to problem solving, think on your feet
- Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication with relevant health professionals including insurers and treating physicians
- Ability to communicate with a diverse patient base ranging from professional athletes to chronic disease management
- Knowledgeable and competent delivery of evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation
- Professional, friendly persona and passion for helping people
- Provides a positive influence in a team environment
- Driven to routinely produce your best work with a strong desire to become an industry leader
