Pen CS has a rich history in developing innovative eHealth solutions for the primary and indigenous healthcare sectors. Our proven software tools are deployed throughout Australia; with the Clinical Audit Tool (CAT4) the market share leader in Australia's general practice data extraction sector.
The Pen CS CAT Plus suite of tools has been implemented nationally by the Primary Health Networks (PHNs). The tools are a combination of market-leading technologies that directly targets three primary care layers to improve patient health outcomes; the Patient (Topbar), the Practice (CAT4) and the Population (PAT). Our software enables health professionals to identify, manage and target high risk populations with the aim of reducing adverse health outcomes.
In collaboration with our clients and building on our company's strong commitment to service delivery on a national level, Pen CS is seeking an energetic Account Manager to be based in Perth working onsite with our clients and from home. The Account Manager is required to regularly liaise with assigned clients, create and customise CAT Plus marketing resources and deliver training programs/workshops in-line with assigned client needs. Focus areas include the promotion of Digital Health/eHealth, preventative health initiatives and the management of chronic diseases in an efficient manner.
The successful applicant is required to:
- Build strong relationships between Pen CS and key stakeholders
- Promote and facilitate CAT Plus training workshops/presentations
- Provide Application support to end users and clients
- Mitigate issues that have been escalated from the support desk
- Manage the deployment of CAT Plus to assigned clients
- Work collaboratively with the service delivery team to explore new opportunities
- Travel intra & interstate on a regular basis
Skills Required
To be considered, you have:
- A degree and/or working experience in the health sector (experience as a practice nurse/manager within a general practice or a pharmacist are both highly desirable)
- Knowledge and/or implemented CAT Plus highly desirable
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- A thorough understanding of the primary healthcare sector (specifically general practice) and the role of the Primary Health Networks
- Strong analytical, data analysis and report writing skills
Other Commitments:
- Regular intra-state and interstate travel
- Out of hours flexibility (e.g. Occasional weekend and/or evening events/conferences)
- Current Australian driver's license
- Willingness to undertake a police check
