What you'll be doing
Manage the day to day operational requirements of a clinical team providing Mental Health Drug and Alcohol services to local communities.
Skills and Knowledge
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with current AHPRA registartion, and significant clinical experience providing Mental Health Drug and Alcohol care.
- Demonstrated experience leading, and developing the capability of, a team whilst always fostering a performance based customer focused work culture.
- Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, mediation and problem solving skills, to build and maintain working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to contribute to, and promote, strategic initiatives including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
