Associate Dentist - Full Time Unique Exciting opportunity

-Min 2 years experience required
-Walk into a full appointment book from previous senior associate

-Melbourne Metro Blue chip Location: Healthy Smiles “Part of Bupa” 
-Full time: 4 /4.5 days per week

We are excited to offer this position where you will step into a full appointment book with a mixture of general and major dentistry and opportunities to take on complex dental work and treatment plans including endodontics, crown and veneers and even DSD and full mouth treatment planning. The right candidate will have the attitude which borders on patients being the centre of their work life and delivering excellence in clinical dentistry and advanced communication for building trust. Must have the confidence to speak and deliver treatments with efficiency and high degree of quality and a humble approach to building trust and rapport with patients and at the same time increasing loyalty and bookings through word of mouth .

Your role: Whats in it for you?

• Broad scope of practice as well as ability to develop long term comprehensive plans in a Medium sized practice with 4 operatories and expanding to 9 with GA on site in near future.
• All the hardwork is done for you, start treating and billing from Day 1
• Practice works on a Prime practice management system with advanced communication

• Experienced and high performance support  team that will help you build rapport and trust

• Collegiate atmosphere and mentoring by a clinical team lead by Principal Dentist who puts his associates first.
• CBCT, CEREC, Trios 3 shape scanners, Aligner therapy, Orthodontics , lasers , Sleep Dentistry, You name it we have it.

What we want 

• ACEC as well as Australian /New Zealand graduates will be considered
• The right Attitude, Attitude, Attitude
• Prime Speak and advanced communication skill is an advantage 
• Demonstrated ability to take on complex treatment planning and deliver major dental treatments with a cosmetic focus
• Invisalign/Orthodontic experience preferable 
• Advanced surgical experience preferable
