Envisage Clinic was established in 1998 by Dr Christopher Leat. The clinic provides clients with the highest quality non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional, yet relaxed and friendly environment.

A rare opportunity has presented for a casual receptionist to join our busy team for approximately 15 hours per week with a view to lead to part-time. Flexibility is essential as we work Wednesday nights until 7pm.  Must be able to work more hours when required including covering sick days (Mon-Fri) and holidays.   

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in the clinic
• Answer phones & make bookings
• Up-selling and/or making treatment suggestions over the phone
• Ensuring that all clients are cared for before and after treatment
• Assisting with administration tasks & stock take
• Reporting to Reception Supervisor

Skills and experience

• Skills and experience

• Warm & friendly personality & well presented
• Ideally has a medical/cosmetic clinic background
• Extremely focused on delivering customer experience
• Must have sound computer skills
• Shortcuts software experience an advantage
• Ability to work well in a fast paced & pressured environment 
• A team player
• Flexibility with hours is essential
• A positive, can do attitude 
• Juniors are encouraged to apply (18-21)
