Permanent Part-Time (0.4 EFT)
We are seeking applications for a Clinical Liaison Nurse with relevant experience to join the Learning and Development team. The position will provide direct clinical assessment and support to nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive care of acute patients when transitioning from higher acuity care to acute ward settings.
Position Requirements:
- Current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive nursing experience
- Post-graduate qualifications in critical care
- Advanced clinical and assessment skills
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Demonstrated skills in advanced assessment and identification and management of the deteriorating patient
- Experience in supervision and development of nursing staff
- Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent qualifications
- A valid Police Check
