The Exciting Career Opportunity
As a NES Consultant for Recovery Partners you will be responsible for the outcomes of the cases under your management. The role of NES Consultant at Recovery Partners includes the following tasks:
- Conduct initial assessments with injured workers to establish recommendations / a plan for RTW
- Provide injured workers with targeted job seeking assistance
- Canvassing of new employment opportunities (monthly campaigns)
- Promote WorkCover incentives to new employers
- Link injured workers with employer vacancies (Recovery Partners’ Job Bank)
We are looking for that little bit extra, so join us if you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or ASORC
- Previous or current experience with occupational rehabilitation or employment services with a track record of achieving outstanding results
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong report writing
- A positive, solution - focused outlook
- Prepared to do things differently to achieve outstanding results and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the labour market and established employer relationships – highly regarded
