The Role: 
  • Employ clinical and solution-based sales techniques to introduce new surgical products and techniques to market
  • Work within a high performing and collaborative sales team
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff.  Support existing accounts to find new opportunities and further product utilisation
  • Be involved in high end clinical conversations, showcasing product and procedural knowledge
  • Feel empowered to make decisions and manage your time
  • Work autonomously and as apart to win business the right way!

About You: 
  • Motivated performer who is passionate about science, healthcare and innovation
  • Strong ability to adopt clinical information and articulate to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to build productive customer relationships and networks
  • Proven high achiever with experience in hospital sales
  • Responsible and adaptable person who values feedback and team work
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in terms of organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to analyse customer needs
  • A passion and desire to be actively involved in high end clinical conversations and environments 
  • An ethical approach to all tasks professionally
  • A well developed understanding of healthcare and hospital environments 
Highly desirable:
  • Tertiary education in science or business
  • Additional qualifications in Operating Theatre
