Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: CBD

Redstone is currently seeking an experienced Aged Care (Registered Nurse) professional to join a medium residential home located in the CBD. You will overseeing the clinical aspects of the home including ACFI and ensuring the aged care standards are met. 

This organisation is looking for someone with extensive Aged Care experience in a similar role.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential! 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
