About the role:
Quality Pharmacy Group is looking for a permanent full time Health Services Pharmacist. The role will initially be based at our Quality Pharmacy Keilor Downs Store for training and will then be required to work across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have wide availability, will lead by example and work with the Managing Pharmacists to continue to take the journey with us by delivering outstanding customer experience and comprehensive health care solutions.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Commitment to delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care
- Drive Professional Health Services and Programs in line with QPG's vision to our valued customers (such as Bone Density, Sleep Apnoea, Health Screening, Genetic Testing, Wound Management, Genetic Testing and Weight Management etc)
- Responsible to cover pharmacists leave across multiple stores within the group
- Develop relationships with allied health care professionals and build dispensary market share
Skills & experience:
- A current pharmacist registration
- Proven experience working in a fast paced retail pharmacy environment and proven track record for achieving targets and results
- A dynamic and charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive and motivate a high performance team
NOTE: The roster may include Saturdays, Sunday and evenings.
