As an experienced Lifestyle Assistant, you will assist in the Resident assessment process and be responsible for ensuring the skilled delivery of the highest quality individualised care for the Residents.
Located at our facility in Darwin, this is a permanent Full Time position, working a minimum of 2 days per week, with the opportunity to pick up 76 Hours per fortnight.
The empathy required to deliver the highest levels of care should be combined with knowledge of Allied Health/Human movement, WH&S and prior experience in Aged Care/ Dementia.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Assessments of each resident, and programs relevant to the residents needs
- Documentation of participant interest and progress with leisure activities
- Effective written and verbal communication with residents, representatives and staff members
- Work within your team to deliver the highest standards of care and interaction outcomes for the Residents
- Comply with occupational health and safety requirements
A First Aid/CPR certificate and current police check must be provided upon employment
