Our client is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to join their team in Brisbane, to assist in case management of injured workers. Where you will be collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve successful return to work outcomes.

The role:

Assessing injured worker’s capacity to seek suitable alternative employment
Attending medical case conferences
Delivering reports within an agreed timeframe
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, attending meetings, assisting with projects and taking part in case reviews.

Criteria:

Degree in Allied Health
Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC
Excellent oral and written presentation
Case management experience
