General Practice Quality Improvement Support Officer – Coffs Harbour
North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) has a vacancy for a General Practice Quality Improvement Support Officer based in Coffs Harbour. The GP Quality Improvement Support Officer provides support to General Practices to assist them to improve the quality of care provided to patients. The position works closely with General Practices to facilitate an improved understanding of quality systems and best practice methods across a number of areas including clinical data, accreditation, eHealth systems and immunisation. This is achieved through regular visits to General Practices, providing ongoing structured support, information and resources.

This position is part-time for four days per week (32 hours per week) for a maximum term up to 30 June 2021. Base work location is Coffs Harbour.

This position is classified as Support Services Level 5 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award with a commencing salary range of $32.80 to $34.46 per hour (above Award rate) depending on skills and experience.
