An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, professional and dynamic Practice Manager for our South Melbourne and Prahran GP Practices. The Practice Manager’s role is to oversee the operational management and forward planning of the practices to ensure the clinics are run efficiently and effectively. A key part of this role will be marketing and promotion, to grow the range of services to be offered on site to the community.
To be suitable for the role you will possess the following:
• A professional qualification in a health related discipline, management or business.
• The ability to shape the strategic thinking of the GP practice as it relates to the strategic direction, ensuring the focus remains client and outcome focused, relevant to identified need and financially sustainable.
• Forging purposeful, strategic working relationships internally and externally that facilitate cooperation and partnership with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to promote a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to primary health care / General Practice.
