Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
Renal Medicine is concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases and the care of those requiring renal replacement therapy including patients requiring dialysis and kidney transplant patients.
This role, based at Auburn Hospital, is to manage and coordinate trials, including full sponsored Pharmaceutical Clinical trials, Collaborative group studies and Investigator initiated trials.

Essential Criteria:

 

Vaccination: A
Checks: National Criminal Record Check and the Working with Children Check
Licence: Current C Class driver's licence valid within Australia
Registration: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

 Selection Criteria:

  1. Previous experience conducting clinical trials.
  2. Experience in the use of databases and the utilisation of information technology.
  3. Demonstrated superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
  4. Demonstrated effective time management, delegation and problem solving skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and willingness to work as part of a team.
